A digital lobby system built for Squlpt Body, a Los Angeles–based cosmetic surgery clinic, to streamline patient flow and improve the virtual consult experience.
The Challenge
The clinic needed a way to manage patient flow for virtual consultations. Their existing manual process caused missed appointments, idle time for staff, and inconsistent follow-ups between consultants and patients.
Our Solution
Built a virtual waiting room platform that allows patients to check in online and enter a live queue. Staff members can see who’s waiting, pull patients into sessions, and mark completion in real time. Integrated the system with Squlpt’s existing CRM to sync schedules and ensure every patient is met by the right consultant.
