The Challenge

Our Solution
Built a secure, cloud-based case management system using React and AWS serverless architecture. Implemented two-way SMS and email communication with automatic message logging, AI-powered document drafting, and role-based task management. Designed for expansion into a multi-tenant SaaS product with flexible firm-level configuration.
